DMP to Exhibit AI Vision Solution Featuring Di1 at Japan Drone 2026 with Ecosystem Partners -Showcasing Next-Generation Vision Technology for Drones and Autonomous Robotics Enabled by Industry-First FP4-Enabled NPU and Real-Time 3D Ranging Engine-

(Headquarters: Nakano-ku, Tokyo; Chairman, President & CEO: Tatsuo Yamamoto; hereinafter “DMP”) is pleased to announce its participation in Japan Drone 2026 / the 5th International Advanced Air Mobility Expo 2026, one of Japan’s largest commercial drone exhibitions, to be held at Makuhari Messe from Wednesday, June 3 to Friday, June 5, 2026. DMP will collaborate with its partners, iCatch Technology Inc. (Headquarters: Hsinchu, Taiwan; hereinafter re “iCatch”) and Avilon Intelligence (Headquarters: Taiwan; hereinafter “Avilon”), to showcase AI vision solutions for drones and autonomous robotics powered by DMP’s next-generation edge AI SoC, Di1. Visit us at Booth #BA-26 in Halls 5 and 6.

■ Purpose of the Exhibition
The application landscape for drones and autonomous robots continues to expand across various industries such as infrastructure inspection, security and surveillance, defense, logistics, agriculture, disaster prevention, and autonomous indoor/outdoor mobility. These applications increasingly require sophisticated AI vision technology not just for basic imaging and remote operation but also for real-time environmental recognition, and autonomous decision-making and action. At the same time, given the physical constraints on device size and battery capacity, edge devices must balance high AI processing performance with low power consumption and low-latency sensing.

Through live demonstrations, DMP will show how its next-generation edge AI SoC, Di1, delivers real-time processing, power efficiency, and advanced spatial recognition required for AI vision in drones and autonomous robotics. Together with iCatch and Avilon, DMP will also present practical ecosystem-based solutions covering not only semiconductors, but also image signal processors (ISP), camera inputs, drone hardware, and AI vision applications.

DMP’s sales representatives will be available at the booth throughout the exhibition to respond directly to inquiries and technical consultations from customers in Japan regarding the adoption of Di1.

■ About Di1
Di1 is DMP’s next-generation edge AI SoC, integrating three state-of-the-art technologies into a single chip:
・ DMP’s proprietary high-performance AI inference engine
・ Hardware-based, high-precision real-time 3D Ranging Engine (Stereo Vision)
・ iCatch’s ThetaEye AI Imaging Platform (ISP)

Supporting four-channel camera inputs and 360-degree vision processing, Di1 is optimized for edge AI applications such as drones and autonomous robots, where real-time performance, power efficiency, and advanced spatial recognition are essential.

Moreover, the industry’s first FP4-enabled NPU (according to our research) enables increasingly sophisticated AI models to run efficiently on edge devices subject to strict power and cost constraints, while minimizing accuracy degradation associated with quantization. Support for cutting-edge AI models such as Vision Transformer (ViT) is expected to enable Di1 to excel across a broad spectrum of AI vision uses, including image recognition, object detection, and situational awareness.

Di1 is a DMP product. In the Japanese market, DMP markets the product as “Di1” and serves as the sales and technical contact. Outside Japan, iCatch markets the same product under the name “V9.”

■ Exhibition Highlights
Live demonstrations utilizing Di1 will be conducted at the iCatch booth (#BA-26, Halls 5 and 6). Key demos include:

・ Seamless Tele-Wide Zoom
High-precision optical zoom transitions integrated with Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS), enabling stable image capture and a seamless zoom experience, ideal for drone imaging and surveillance applications.

・ Thermal & RGB Fusion
Multi-spectral imaging combining thermal cameras and RGB cameras to enable advanced liveness detection and situational awareness, contributing to improved recognition performance at night, in low-light conditions, and in environments with poor visibility.

・ Real-Time 360-Degree Stereo Depth Sensing
360-degree spatial sensing enabled by four-channel camera inputs and a real-time 3D Ranging Engine, supporting the advanced spatial perception required for applications such as autonomous navigation, obstacle avoidance, and environmental awareness for drones and autonomous robotics.

The exhibit will highlight Di1’s image quality, ultra-low-latency AI vision processing, and spatial perception technologies using heterogeneous multi-sensor inputs for drone and autonomous robotics applications.

・ iCatch Technology Inc.: Provider of ThetaEye AI Imaging Platform (ISP), responsible for sales of Di1 as “V9” outside Japan.
・ Avilon Intelligence: Developer of compact drones.
Together with those ecosystem partners, DMP aims to drive the market adoption of edge AI vision solutions powered by Di1.
