The Company’s basic policy on profit distribution is to consider the business development in the future comprehensively, and to appropriately allocate the profit to the investment for growth for business expansion, the strengthening of the management structure, and dividends to shareholders.
Currently, the Company has not paid dividends of surplus as it is at the stage where it is necessary to invest for business expansion for growth and establish a system to expand sales in Japan and overseas.
Going forward, the Company plans to determine profit distribution by comprehensively consider future growth strategies, business performance, funding needs and so on, but the possibility and timing of dividend payments has not yet been determined.

Currently, there is no special benefit program for shareholders.
