Disclosure Policy

Basic Policy on Disclosure

The Company endeavors to provide prompt information to shareholders and investors based on transparency, fairness and continuity. Corporate information is disclosed in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations such as the Companies Act and the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and the “Rules on the Timely Disclosure of Corporate Information by Issuers of Listed Securities” (hereinafter referred to as the “Timely Disclosure Rules”) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. In addition, the Company will proactively disclose other information that the Company believes is useful for gaining a deeper understanding of its group by shareholders, investors, and other stakeholders.

Information disclosure methods

Information that falls under the Timely Disclosure Rules is disclosed on TDnet (Timely Disclosure Network System) in accordance with the Rules, and the same information is posted on the website of the Company without delay after the disclosure. In addition, other company information, management information, management policies and so on are also posted on the website.

Silent Period

In order to prevent leakage of financial results information and ensure fairness, the Company observes a silent period from the day after the end of each financial period to the date of announcement of each financial result including quarterly financial result, and refrains from responding to any inquiries about business results. If there is any discrepancy between the initial forecast and the latest one however, the Company makes an announcement as appropriate in accordance with the Timely Disclosure Rules.
