Since our founding in 2002, our business has been centered on graphics technology.
The cumulative number of products shipped by customers, such as game consoles, cameras, and printers that use our power-saving, compact, and high-performance GPU IP has reached 150 million units, and sales of our graphics processor RS1 have increased year after year. In the safety and robotics fields, which are our focused areas, we are also contributing to the realization of a safe and secure society and solutions to social issues by developing and selling products and services with image recognition technology utilizing AI/deep learning at the core. Our history can truly be described as a history of creating values such as smaller size, power savings, safety and security, labor savings, and improved operational efficiency through “image intelligence,” thereby contributing to solving customer, social, and environmental challenges.

In order to overcome the many challenges facing society today, such as labor shortages due to declining population, aging, and the resulting increase in medical expenses, autonomous driving and safe driving assistance system utilizing AI for all mobility products, and labor-saving/automation system utilizing robotics technology will be increasingly important in the future.
