Software Engineers

Depending on your experience at the time of hire, you will be assigned tasks such as:

• Maintenance and new development of SDKs and demo applications, including device drivers, for our in-house–designed GPUs, AI processors, and IP cores.
• Although development is primarily done in a Xilinx FPGA environment, you may also be required to port software to customers’ hardware platforms that incorporate our IP cores.
Main Responsibilities
• Requirements definition for new products (specification drafting, effort estimation, etc.)
• Product design, implementation, and testing
• Customer support

▼Required Qualifications
• C-language programming skills
• Experience in embedded development involving hardware control (e.g., register configuration, interrupt handling)

▼Preferred Qualifications
• Application or device-driver development on Linux
• Hardware knowledge (ARM CPUs, memory, displays, etc.)
• Programming experience on non-Linux platforms such as RTOS, bare-metal, or Windows
• Experience providing technical support to customers

Technical Support Engineer

• Provide technical support for overseas AMR controllers, related software, and peripheral components (servo motors, LiDAR, HMIs), including product Q&A, customer development assistance, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare and maintain manuals and other technical documentation.
• Build demonstration units for trade shows and similar events.

▼Required Qualifications
• Fundamental knowledge of electrical circuits (power, communication, etc.) and the ability to read wiring diagrams (e.g., connector pin assignments).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or engineering.
• At least three years of development OR technical support experience (electrical or software) in one or more of the following areas:
AGV/AMR
Automated production lines
Various manufacturing equipment

▼Preferred Qualifications
• English or Chinese communication skills (English: business level, CEFR B2 or above; TOEIC 800+ if only TOEIC score is provided).
• Development experience using Python.
• Development experience (electrical or software) with AGVs or AMRs.
• Development experience with industrial servo motors/servo drives or with systems that utilize servo motors.

Technical Sales

You will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including:
• Planning and executing sales strategies for overseas AMR controllers, software, and peripheral components (servo motors, LiDAR).
• Product promotion—website creation, catalog and flyer production, exhibition planning and management.
• Vendor communication and management.
• Development of sales channels.
• Direct (technical) sales.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or engineering.
• At least three years of development experience—mechanical, electrical, or software—in one or more of the following areas:
AGV/AMR
Automated production lines
Various manufacturing equipment

• English or Chinese communication skills (English: business level, CEFR B2 or above; TOEIC 800+ if only TOEIC score is provided).
• Experience in website and flyer creation, and in organizing exhibitions from planning through operation.
• Development experience (mechanical, electrical, or software) with AGVs or AMRs.
• Sales experience in factory automation (FA) or industrial equipment.
• Project management experience in FA or industrial equipment.
• Experience selling overseas-manufactured products.
