Notice of Introduction of Executive Officer System

Digital Media Professionals Inc. (the “Company”) has decided to introduce the executive officer system at the Board of Directors’ meeting held on April 10, 2020 as follows.

1. Purpose of introducing the executive officer system

   1. Transferring the authority of business execution to executive officers and clarify their responsibilities to ensure proper and sound business execution
   2. Sustainably increasing the corporate value by systematically developing the management personnel

2. Overview of the executive officer system

   1. The appointment, dismissal, and duties of executive officers shall be determined by the Board of Directors.
   2. The term of office of executive officers shall be until the conclusion of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for the fiscal year within one year after assuming office, with reappointment permitted.
   3. Executive officers shall be under the contract of employment with the Company.

3. Date of the introduction of the executive officer system
   June 19, 2020

4. Personnel of executive officers
   Personnel changes accompanying the introduction of the executive officer system will be announced as soon as they are determined.
