Digital Media Professionals Inc. (the Company) hereby announces that one of its directors is to resign as of February 29, 2020 as follows.

   Due to personal reasons

   Even after the resignation of the director, the number of directors stipulated in laws and regulations and the Articles of Incorporation is satisfied.
   In addition, the Company and its business and capital partner Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. continue to promote joint development in the business alliance field under a favorable partnership. Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. will propose a candidate for director to the Company’s ordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled in June.
